3.1 Data you provide to us directly
When you interact with our services (contact form, communication by email or phone), we may collect:

4. Purposes of processing and legal bases
In accordance with art. 31 nFADP, each processing of your data relies on one of the following legal bases:
Provision of our services: Legal basis: Performance of a contract (art. 31 para. 2 let. a nFADP). We process your data to perform our services and respond to your requests.
Improvement of our services and statistical analyses: Legal basis: Legitimate interest (art. 31 para. 2 let. b nFADP). Our legitimate interest lies in the continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
Customer support and response to your requests: Legal basis: Performance of a contract or legitimate interest depending on the context.
Sending commercial information and newsletters: Legal basis: Consent (art. 31 para. 1 nFADP). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Compliance with legal obligations: Legal basis: Legal obligation (art. 31 para. 2 let. c nFADP), for example retention of accounting data.
5. Retention periods
In accordance with art. 19 nFADP, your personal data is only retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Customer and contractual data: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship (legal accounting and tax obligation).
- Contact and support data: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Browsing data and technical logs: 12 months maximum.
- Newsletter and marketing communications data: until consent is withdrawn, then deletion within 30 days.
At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Subprocessors and data sharing
We use third-party service providers for certain processing operations. These providers act exclusively on our instructions and are bound by contracts guaranteeing an adequate level of protection, in accordance with art. 9 nFADP.
The categories of providers we use notably include hosting, web analytics, messaging and calendar management services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

- Right to object: object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw your consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
